This Court on 12.12.2014 had disposed of Writ Petition No. 5420 of 2014 directing the Committee to dispose of validation proceedings within a period of one year. Said one year has lapsed in December 2015, as yet the proceedings are not decided. 2.

We had adjourned the matter twice on the request of the learned A. G. P. to take instructions from the Committee about

2 ca 13220.16 the status of the validation proceedings. The validation proceedings are yet pending.

The Committee is showing totally apathy in dealing with the proceedings inspite of directions of this Court. The petitioner/applicant herein shall appear before the Committee on 16.11.2016. The Committee shall under any circumstances dispose of the validation proceedings prior to end of August 2017. The civil application accordingly is disposed of. 4.

The learned A. G. P. shall communicate the present order to the Committee.
