By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by the order passed by this court (Coram: R.M. Joshi, J.) on 9.6.2023. By the said order, this court has imposed a condition that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a week.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that now the charge sheet has been filed hence, the attendance to the police station is not required.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. as well as the charge sheet is filed, I pass the following order:-
