The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not submitting the proposal for grant of approval and continuation of the service of petitioner. Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the proposal seeking approval for continuation of service of the petitioner is already forwarded on 29.12.2010.

In case such proposal is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four (04) months.

(2) WP No.11363/2016 3.

In case the proposal is not traced out in the office of respondent No.2, then the respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall file a fresh proposal. The said inquiry shall be made within four weeks. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
