Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Present applications are moved by the legal representatives /L.Rs. of deceased respondents in the respective applications for condonation of delay bearing nos. 7811, 7842, 7861 and 7804 of 2016 to bring them on record.

In such circumstances, applications deserve to be allowed with direction to the appellant to make necessary amendment thereby bringing L.Rs. of respective deceased respondents on record. Accordingly, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The appellant to carry out amendments within two weeks from today. 4.

The civil applications are allowed in above terms and stand disposed of.
