After hearing learned counsel for some time, it transpires that on earlier occasion, signatures of respondent no. 2 herein - appellant before the tribunal had been sent for obtaining opinion of handwriting expert. Opinion had been received as inconclusive.

Once again, a request had been made by appellant - present respondent no. 2 to tribunal to seek once again handwriting expert's opinion and the request has been acceded to under impugned order dated 29-07-2017 and as such petitioners - original respondents are before this court.

During pendency of writ petition, it appears that the communication had been issued by concerned authority to the tribunal expressing about impermissibility of giving opinion on second occasion.

Having regard to aforesaid, the purpose underlying the writ petition appears to have been met with.

As such, no orders are required in writ petition. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of.

6.

Needless to refer to that since writ petition is disposed of, interim relief ceases to operate.
