Heard. On perusal of the complaint we realized that the prosecution could proceed as there are ground only against applicant No.1 to 4, but not against applicant Nos. 5 to 7. We are, therefore, inclined to set aside the criminal proceedings initiated against accused/applicant Nos. 5 to 7.
