Leave is granted to correct the names of the parties in the title clause in of CAST 8015/2022.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The applicants seek to condone delay of about 775 and 770 days in seeking restoration of the civil applications (stamp), which were dismissed in default.

Earlier advocate of the applicants is passed away and the applicants could not keep track with the matter. Then, the present learned counsel took the necessary steps. The delays are not intentional and there are no mala fides on the part of the applicants. The applicants undertake to take steps against deceased respondent no. 4. They are ready to remove the office objections.

The Civil Applications are allowed by condoning the delay and the 1/2

10 CA 12599 OF 2025.odt CAST No. 8015/2022 and 8014/2022 shall stand restored to their original position. The applicants shall remove the office objection within a period of four weeks. It would be open for the applicants to transpose appellant No. 2A and 3 in CAST 8015/2022 as a respondents.
