Mr. Deshpande, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 5 submits that the tender process assailed in the present writ petition has been cancelled. The respondents are going to resort to fresh tender process as per the mandate of the Standing Committee. 2.

In light of that, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive. The writ petition as such is disposed of.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved with the clauses of fresh tender process, the petitioner will be entitled to agitate it afresh. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
