The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner inadvertently tendered a wrong address of the land in the Writ Petition. By this Petition, leave to correct the address is sought. 2.

The Respondents do not oppose.

In view of the above, this Application is partly allowed. The amendment is permitted, to be carried out within 15 days. So also, the amendment be carried out in prayer clause-A and B of the Writ Petition. Thereafter, the corrected prayer clause-A and B, will be re-produced in our order dated 22.07.2024. So also, the new address would be mentioned in

( 2 ) 950 ca 10573.24 line no.5 in paragraph 2 and line no.3 in paragraph 4, of our order. Corrected order be uploaded.
