It is submitted that, the Sub Divisional Officer is insisting for submitting documents prior to 1960 and has issued notice to the petitioner to submit the documents prior to 1960, else caste certificate would not be granted.

The Sub Divisional Officer has to decide the application on the basis of documents produced before it.

In the light of the above, the impugned notice is set aside. The Sub Divisional Officer, Kandhar shall decide the application
