The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent No. 1/Scrutiny Committee. She wants an urgent decision to enable her to have admission in the current admission process for an engineering course.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1 on instructions submits that if the petitioner appears before the scrutiny committee by tomorrow, the Committee would be able to decide her proposal by 11.09.2023. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition in following manner.
