Mr Shinde, learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the caste validity certificate is issued by the Scrutiny Committee and accordingly, the order of this Court dated 10.7.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.8660 of 2017 is complied with. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in the present petition. Accordingly, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
