PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 to take decision on the Application tendered by the petitioner under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act for redetermination of amount of compensation payable to him on the basis of decision of the civil Court in Land Acquisition Reference no.1896/2010 decided on 19.10.2016, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed. On such re-determination, if the petitioner is held entitled to receive additional sum towards the compensation, the same shall be paid to the petitioner by respondent No.4 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from such redetermination.
