When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief to any of the applicants, both the learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the applications with liberty to renew their request of bail after the specifed period. 3.

Considering the role of the applicant in Application No. 1411/2021, he can renew his request for bail after six months. So far as applicant in application No. 1481/2021 is concerned, he can renew his request for bail after a period of one year if trial does not get concluded within that period. [M.G.
