Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks direction from the Court to accept her request to list her in the transfer list as she has completed one year.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos.1 and 2. Learned counsel Mr. Vinod M. Vibhute waives service of notice for respondent nos.3 to 5.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.3 to 5 states that the request of the petitioner to add her in the transfer list was made to the incorrect officer. Such an application should have been made to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. If such an application is moved, her application may be considered.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for respondent nos.3 to 5, the petitioner is agreeable to submit the application for listing her in the transfer list on submitting the application before the Chief Executive Officer. If the petitioner moves an application before the Chief Executive Officer, her application should be decided within four weeks from the date of her submitting the application.
