2] Learned AGP states that the order of this Court is complied with. The committee has taken decision invalidating the tribe claim of the petitioner and his brother vide judgment and order dated 31.8.2015. The brother of the present petitioner has also filed Writ Petition No.10697/2015 challenging the said order, in which notice is also issued.

CP 621/15 in WP 5601/15 - 2 - 3] It would appear that before filing of the present contempt petition, the claim of the petitioner was already invalidated by the committee. The petitioner ought not to have filed the present contempt petition. As such the contempt petition is rejected and disposed of. No costs.
