These appeals are placed before the National Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.

Mr. Shirsat, learned counsel for respondent -sole present. Mr. Rohit Pralhad Deshmukh, Executive Engineer and Mr. Ruturaj C. Patil for appellant - Acquiring Body is present.

The learned counsel Mr. Ruturaj C. Patil for the appellant / Acquiring Body submits that the above numbered appeals are covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna - 2014/pra,kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said Government Resolution.

In view of the above, these appeals can be withdrawn and accordingly the Acquiring Body is withdrawing these appeals. The acquiring body has already deposited 100 % amount of compensation out of which 50 % amount has been withdrawn by the claimants. Therefore, the remaining amount of 50 % be paid to the claimants along with accrued interest thereon till date within four weeks. The above numbered appeals accordingly stand withdrawn and disposed of. No order as to costs.

The Court fees be refunded to the acquiring body - appellant as per rules.
