After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant, for a while, the disinclination is shown. Learned Advocate for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the application, however, he also prays that since the case is of 2012, directions be given to expedite the trial. Taking into consideration the contents of the First Information Report it appears that the matter is not bulky, however, for some or the other reason it appears that it got prolonged, even the proclomation was required to be issued under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the present applicant.
