sg 2/2 apeal680&679-18-.doc PER COURT:- The Appellants in both these appeals are in jail for about 10 years (minus period of Covid Bail). It will take time for delivery of judgment in both these appeals.

We are, therefore, inclined to suspend further substantive sentence of imprisonment of both the Appellants, pending decision of these appeals. The Appellants, therefore, be released on their executing bail bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each and the Surety bond in the like amount.
