Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP submits that the present petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 10726 of 2017 decided on 12th July, 2018 and same order be passed. 2.

In light of above and for the reasons stated in the order dated 12th July, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 10726/2017, we direct respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to determine the amount of rental compensation in accordance with the provisions of law, expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.

If it is held that the petitioner is entitled to receive the amount, respondent No.3 shall make payment of the amount so determined, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of determination. 4.
