The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that benefit of interest under Section 34 of the Land Acquisition Act is not granted to the petitioners.

The petitioners filed reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. The reference is allowed. In paragraph 7 of the operative part of the order, the reference Court has granted benefit of interest under Section 34 of the Land Acquisition Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that appeal is filed by the petitioners for further enhancement and the same is pending in this Court. The further grievance can be made by the petitioners in appeal. 3.
