Mr.Sangeet, learned counsel submits that the Respondents have complied the order of this Court by issuing the order of appointment on 14th February, 2015. Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that this Court had passed the order on 17th July, 2014, and only on 14th February, 2015, the order is issued, that too not in compliance with the order of this Court.

We have considered the orders passed. Naturally, the order of continuity in service ought to have been given with effect from 18th July, 2014, and the Petitioner would also be entitled for salary from 18th July, 2014. The Respondents shall comply the same. As far as the grievance of the Petitioner with regard to his salary is concerned, the Petitioner may raise the said issue in an appropriate proceedings, which would be considered on its own merits.

On Petitioner acquiring Ph.D. degree, the same shall be submitted with the Respondents, who shall forward it to the University seeking
