These are an application for withdrawal of the amount. Learned AGP opposes the application on the ground that the reference court has granted exorbitant compensation amount.

2.

Considering the award passed, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking to this Court that in case applicants are directed to deposit the amount, they will deposit the amount within one month.

ii.The applicants are allowed to withdraw further 25%amount by furnishing solvent surety/ security of the like amount.

iii.The applicants are permitted to withdraw further 25% amount on submitting a bank guarantee of the like amount of any scheduled bank.

iv. The civil applications are disposed of.
