So far as the office objection is concerned, it reveals from record that appellant no. 1 Vishwanath Takale is passed away and appellant nos. 2 and 3 are his heirs. They have taken steps in the execution proceedings but the title clause of the impugned judgment is remained to be corrected. Office is directed to refer the judgment dated 22.02.2019 to the reference Court for necessary correction. The reference Court shall correct the record and send it back with the corrected copy to the High Court. The exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from today. 2.

The office objection shall stands dispensed with. 3.
