PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No. 5 scrutiny committee to take decision on the caste certificate verification proposal of the petitioner pending with the committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In view of the order passed by the learned single Judge of this Court in the matter of Alka w/o Rajkaran Kshirsagar Vs. Sau Shalini w/o Mahadeo Lokhande & others (Writ Petition No.3963 of 2013) decided on 16.9.2016, the petitioner needs to be protected from proposed adverse action until the final decision on the caste certificate verification proposal. No coercive action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit the validation certificate. Writ petition is disposed of.
