This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the respondent as per the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 1432/2015 dated 15.06.2017 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to pay the amount of compensation. Hence applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation as per the order passed by this Court as referred above.

The amount of compensation shall be equally paid to the applicants No. 1 to 4 by issuing separate cheques.

Civil application is disposed of.
