Since the entire amount is deposited in the office of this Court

( 3 ) alongwith accrued interest, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till final disposal of the appeal. CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL 1.

in view of earlier order passed by this Court in similar civil application i.e. Civil Application No.1965 of 2023 dated 15th February 2023, the applicants in this application are permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

The remaining amount be kept in Fixed Deposit, in any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeal.
