O R D E R

(30th NOVEMBER 2024) 1.

These Appeals are placed before us in today's Lok Adalat. 2.

Parties are present in the Court. Authorized officer Mr. Dhananjay Shastri, Deputy Engineer, Jalna is also present in the Court. 3.

Both the parties have admitted terms of compromise pursis, which is placed on record and marked "X" for identification. As per the terms of compromise, it is settled between the parties that the amount of enhanced compensation is to be refunded to the acquiring body alongwith accrued interest. The amount of 85% will be paid to the claimants alongwith interest. 50% of the amount already withdrawn by the claimants, it shall retain with them. The remaining amount of 35%, liberty is given to the claimants to be withdrawn remaining 35% amount alongwith interest thereon without requiring formal application. 4.

The appeals stand disposed off.

The award be prepared in terms of compromise pursis. 6.

Court fees refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
