We have heard Mr. Choudhari, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Thigle, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 5 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to mutation entry. If, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to mutation entry, the petitioner can approach the Committee constituted by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in that regard and can also take up proceedings under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.
