These are applications for modification of order dated 19th September, 2014 in Civil Application No. 7234 of 2014 along with other connected civil applications. The prayer for modification with regard to giving only 25% amount on bank guarantee cannot be considered in present civil applications, as the learned Judge at the said time after applying the mind has passed the said order.

As far as giving bank guarantee of any scheduled bank instead of nationalized bank is concerned, the same can be considered.

In the light of that, in clause "B" of the order dated 19th September, 2014 in Civil Application No. 7234 of 2014 along with other civil applications, instead of "Nationalized Bank", the same may be substituted as "scheduled bank". The civil applications are disposed of.
