The Sansthan has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No. 516 passed by the Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 23.08.2023 pursuant to which applicant is permitted to carry out Civil, Furniture and Electrical work in various schools and Educational complex of Sai Sansthan at the estimated cost of Rs.46,55,68,564/- as mentioned in the Proposal at Exhibit "C-6"."

The learned advocate for the Sansthan refers to page 99 of the Civil Application paper book wherein it has been agreed that this work would

( 2 ) ca 11374.23 be executed by a tendering process through Government e-MarketPlace and the mahatenders.gov.in on which the e-tenders would be called for. The learned Principal District Judge has approved the said resolution. 3.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
