PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, though there is prayer seeking directions to Respondent No.1 to grant approval, however, time being the petitioner is satisfied, in case Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the letter written by the Headmaster, St. Teresa's Boys' High School, Harigaon, Tq. Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar to the Respondent No.1 dated 3rd February, 2011 regarding granting of approval to the services of the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, on 17.11.2011 the proposal was sent back to the concerned school so as to rectify the mistake and resubmit it. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent - Management submits that, already the corrected final proposal is submitted by Respondent No.1. 2.

In the circumstances, Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the said proposal about approval of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case within six weeks from today and take decision on its own merit.
