The present petitioner is seeking directions from this Court that the respondent no.3 should decide the representation dated 12.09.2025 and individual representation made by the petitioner in respect of return of the tuition fees paid by the petitioner to the respondent no.3-College. The petitioner's claim is that he was entitled for the exemption of the entire tuition fees in view of the Government resolution. Learned Advocate for the petitioner relies on the decision of this Court dated 04.07.2025 in Writ Petition No.7975 of 2025 and 7977 of 2025, wherein the respondent no.3 was directed to take the decision within a period of six weeks.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for all the respondents and submits that in view of the earlier decisions of this Court, the representation would be decided within six weeks. 3.

In view of above following order:

ORDER

i.

Writ Petition is allowed to the extent of representation.

ii.

The representation made on behalf of the petitioners in Writ Petition No.11313 of 2025 on 12.09.2025 shall be considered by the respondent no.3 on its merits, and in accordance with law as well as the scheme prevailing.

iii.

The decision shall be taken within six (6) weeks from today.

iv.
