ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. The applicant Acquiring Body has filed this application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 Namdeo Omkar Wani, who admittedly died on 05.01.2020, by condoning the delay of 207 days. The learned A.G.P. as well as learned Counsel for the respondents - claimants did not raise any strong objection. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
