The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that the result of the petitioner's Summer 2019 second year B. A. M. S. exam is not declared.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 07.10.2019. 3.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that her tribe claim is pending. 4.
