Leave to correct the name of legal representative No.2-A as Jyotibai instead of Jyotiba.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant Acquiring Body has filed this application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 Yuvraj Suklal Thakur, who admittedly died on 28.01.2019, by condoning the delay of 1269 days. The learned Counsel for the respondents - claimants did not raise any strong objection. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of.
