The Applicant - Shree Sai Baba Sanstha Shirdi has put-forth prayer clause-B as under:

"B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No. 515 passed by the Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 23.08.2023 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to renovate all the toilets in Sai Dharamshala and have also permitted internal and external paint to the buildings of Sai Dharamshala and also gave anti-bacterial food grade quoting to water tank situated in Sai Dharamshala of Sai Sansthan at the estimated cost of Rs.15,22,63,281/-."

The Sansthan desires that the wash room (toilets) and certain related improvements / renovations have to be done in the entire Sai Dharamshala. Resolution No.515 has been passed by the committee and approved by the learned Principal District Judge who is the ex-officio Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
