By order dated 03.10.2018, original claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation on furnishing undertaking within four weeks.

Applicants contend that original claimants i.e. claimants No.6 and 7, i.e. parents have expired and amount falling to their share may be permitted to withdraw by the applicants, i.e. original claimants No.1 to 5. 3.
