This petition is preferred by the petitioners for issuance of direction to the respondents No.1 and 3, to take decision on the application tendered by them, for determination of the rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible, preferable within period of four (04) month from today, and it is accordingly directed. 2.

On determination of amount of rental compensation by respondents No.1 and 3, the respondent No.2 acquiring body shall release the amount in favour of the petitioners, in accordance with such determination, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within
