We have heard Mr. Hon, learned Senior Counsel for the University and learned A.G.P. The University has fled reply. In the reply the University in para 11 has affrmed that the proposals to accord permission for Science Faculty were from time to time submitted to the State Government by the University. Lastly the proposal was submitted by University to the State Government under communication dated 22.03.2019. The State Government has not yet taken any decision upon it.

In case such proposal in respect of Science Faculty of the petitioner is forwarded by the University and is pending with the State Government, then the State Government shall take decision on it on its own merits, preferably within three months.
