This petition can be disposed of by directing respondents 2 and 4 to take decision on the application tendered by petitioner on 16.04.2012 under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. On rendering decision, the amount shall be paid to the petitioner by respondents 1, 3 and 4, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of such decision and, it is accordingly directed. 2.
