The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, pursuant to the orders of this Court passed in Writ Petition No. 11147 of 2015, enquiry has been conducted. The Gram Sevak and Engineer are found responsible for the acts of misfeasance and malfeasance. The departmental enquiry is also proposed against them.

In the light of the above, the contempt stands purged. The petitioner is at liberty to take further course of action in case is
