The learned AGP submits that he has received a communication dated 05/10/2018 through the Nayab Tahsildar informing that the District Collector, Osmanabad has already decided the pending proceedings on 01/10/2018. Copy of the order is also received by the learned AGP dated 01/10/2018. 2.

In the above backdrop, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition can be disposed of, as being infructuous and he would initiate appropriate proceedings for challenging the order of the District Collector, as may be permissible in Law. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as being infructuous and the petitioner would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in Law. All contentions of the Kranti Hansraj Shekatkar petitioner and the litigating sides are kept open and the disposal of this petition shall not be an impediment.
