The petitioner is anxious that for want of validity certificate he is being deprived of seeking the admission and the proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee.

Though in the normal course we do issue directions to the Committee for deciding the proposal keeping in mind the career of the students. However, considering the fact that even the petitioner has been remiss in as much as has filed the proposal on 04.06.2024 and still soliciting expeditious decision.

We disposed of the petition by directing him to appear before the Committee tomorrow on 01.10.2024 making a request for adopting reply filed by his father in his matter, which the Committee may consider on its own merits and endeavour to decide the proposal as early as possible.
