The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the purpose of the present matter will be served, if the main matter pending before the Waqf Tribunal is expedited. Suit is filed for relief of declaration against the order made by Chief Executive Officer and for relief of injunction.

In view of this submission, Waqf Tribunal is directed to expeditiously dispose of the matter and in any case, within six months from the date of receipt of the order. Present application is disposed of as withdrawn.
