Per Court :- This is an application for grant of regular bail in connection with CR No.3021/2010 registered with Bhagyanagar Police Station, Nanded, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Section.s. 3(1)(2), 3(2) and 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999.

[2] Special Case No.3/2010 is already in progress before the learned Special Judge, MOCOCA Court, Aurangabad. The report from the learned Special Judge, Aurangabad clearly shows that, 19 witnesses are already examined by the prosecution and trial is in progress.

However, speedy trial is a right of the accused. Hence, the learned Special Judge, Aurangabad is directed to dispose of Criminal Case No.3/2010, within a period of six months, from today. With this, present Criminal Application is disposed of.
