Taking into account all factors before us, including the submissions of the learned Advocates, it is apparent that

*2* 918a919 wp11963a11999o23 delivery of the award is overdue. The Department is moving at snail's pace. The litigants like these Petitioners are getting agitated.

The claimants have already entered their consent for disbursement of the award amount and there is no dispute amongst them.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with a direction that the competent Authority shall ensure that the award is delivered within 150 days from today.
