It is submitted across the bar that in the proceedings regarding the caste claim of the petitioner pending before respondent No.2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee the Vigilance Cell inquiry has been completed. The matter is now posted for further hearing on 30/09/2025.

Considering the same, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee - to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from today. 3.

Till the decision is rendered by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner. Further, it is clarified that the interim protection granted will operate only till the caste claim of the petitioner is decided by the caste Scrutiny Committee.
