This civil application is filed for setting aside the order passed by Registrar (Judicial) dated 09.03.2022. 2.

By the said order, the Registrar (Judicial) had granted three weeks time to the appellants to remove the office objections and on failure of the same second appeals were supposed to be automatically disposed off. As the appellants have failed to comply with the aforesaid order, the registration of the appeals has been automatically refused. Therefore, the applicants have filed the present application for setting aside the aforesaid order.

Learned AGP appearing on behalf of the applicant - State of Maharashtra states that inadvertently the office objections could not be removed and therefore the second appeals which was on stamp number sgp

2 913CA14699.2022 was dismissed automatically. He further prays for condoning the delay caused in filing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'I', 'II' and 'III' of the application. 5.
