Learned Advocate for the original petitioner i.e. respondent No.1 in the application is present.

Bailable warrant was issued against the applicant/original respondent No.2 in view of the fact that later on nobody was appearing and inspite of service of notice of final disposal, appearance was not caused. However, for the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by this court on 29.09.2022 is hereby recalled by accepting unconditional apology tendered by the applicant. It is however subject to filing his reply to the main petition before the next date.

By order dated 29.09.2022, the next date is 17.11.2022. The same is maintained here.
